Now in its fifth generation under the ownership of the Perry family, A.W. Perry owns the South Shore Park campus in Hingham and 20 Winthrop Square, The Berkeley and 40 Summer St. properties in Boston. The company acquired the Lynnway Park property, a former Garelick Farms plant in Lynn, in 2021.
