Accounting firm Gray, Gray & Gray LLP has signed a 25,000-square-foot lease in Canton.

The company will relocate to 150 Royall St. from its existing headquarters at Southwest Park in Westwood in August.

CEO Thomas J. Hynes Jr. and executive vice president James Elcock of Colliers International represented Gray, Gray & Gray in the transaction with landlord OneBeacon Insurance Group, which was represented internally by vice president John Ferrari and principal Richard Bradbury of Babson Real Estate Advisors.

"We took interest in 150 Royall St. due to its prominent corporate neighbors, the building’s strong ownership in OneBeacon Insurance, excellent amenities, and the opportunity for expansion," Gray, Gray & Gray managing partner C. Joseph Ciccarello said in a statement.

The 262,800-square-foot 150 Royall St. was renovated in 2007. It contains a fitness facility, training center, videoconferencing facility and 350-seat atrium.
