Property management group Barkan Management has promoted two employees as new senior portfolio managers, and hired an additional portfolio manager.

One of the new senior managers is Ralph M. Moore, who has been with Barkan for over a decade, and who will primarily oversee condominiums, including the historic Longwood Towers in Brookline. The second is Andrew Hughes, who will manage a variety of properties including the 409-unit Louisquisset Country Club Condominium and golf course.

Finally, Jason Powell has joined the organization with an initial portfolio of five communities in the Greater Boston area.

“All three of these staff members represent the next generation at Barkan and fully meet our standard for experience, skill and professionalism. We’re proud of them and their wholehearted commitment to client service,” Barkan President Bill DiSchino said in a statement.
