Developers recently celebrated the opening of the luxury mixed-use complex Brookside Square luxury in West Concord, drawing a crowd of about 75 to view the ribbon cutting ceremony.
Brookside, developed by Cambridge-based Oaktree Development LLC and Patrick Cleary of FX Investments, contains 74 apartment units (priced at $1755-$3265) and 36,000 square feet of commercial and office space, now about 50 percent leased. The $32 million project originally broke ground last April.
TAT is the project’s architect of record, and Tocci Building Companies was the construction manager. The property is managed by WinnResidential.
“We hope that Brookside Square will serve as a model for other developers seeking to create green, transit-oriented, mixed-use developments,” Gwendolen Noyes, senior vice president of Oaktree Development, said in a statement.
