Maria C. Costa has been named vice president, retail lending manager at Bay State Savings Bank’s Worcester branch at 28 Franklin St.
Costa has 30 years of banking experience, most recently as the vice president, director of loan operations and servicing at Belmont Savings Bank. She has a bachelors’ degree in business management from Lycee Racine in Paris, France and a MBA from Northeastern University.
