Gabrielle Beaudry has joined Cresa Boston’s commercial real estate office as an advisor.

Beaudry’s responsibilities include developing new business, strategic planning, analyzing real estate markets and negotiating lease transactions. As part of Cresa’s suburban market team, she specializes in providing transaction and account management services to tenants primarily in the Route 128 North region.

Prior to joining Cresa, Beaudry was a territory sales manager for Altria’s offices in Dallas, Teas and Syracuse, N.Y. She is affiliated with the Boston Young Professionals Club, New England Women in Real Estate, Syracuse University Alumni Club and the Southern Methodist Alumni Association. Beaudry also volunteers with an animal rescue organization and serving as a youth mentor.
