Archemix Corp., a biotechnology company, has signed a 15,000-square-foot lease at 148 Sidney St. in Cambridge.

The company will relocate its headquarters to the Sidney Street location from 300 Third St. in Cambridge, according to a statement. The move is planned for November.

Joe Flaherty, Tucker Hansen and Ben Coffin of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented the landlord, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, according to a statement. Ryan Weber of Thompson Hennessey & Partners represented the tenant.
