Regional construction management firm for New England BOND has named Paul M. James as vice president of risk management.

In the newly created role, James will work with the BOND executive team on corporate governance and compliance issues, risk management and insurance programs, construction operations issues and related professional training.

James previously worked with BOND for a number of years while a partner at Holland & Knight LLP. While at Holland & Knight, he was leader of the Boston Construction Industry Practice Group, concentrating his practice in the representation of construction managers, general contractors and design-builders.
