MFS Investment Management (MFS) has selected CBT Architects of Boston to provide architectural services for the relocation of its corporate headquarters to 111 Huntington Ave. in Boston.

MFS’ new office will occupy 11 floors in the office tower, totaling more than 280,000 square feet.

MFS is an asset management firm that offers mutual funds, institutional and separately managed account strategies in equity and fixed-income products, which are supported by a global team of portfolio managers and research analysts.

"CBT understands that the planning and design of corporate interiors should not only be innovative, but should also address and support established business goals, focusing on communication and effective space utilization," said Robert A. Brown, principal at CBT. "Our firm is looking forward to collaborating with MFS to develop a design that conveys a distinctive aesthetic with appropriate business solutions."
