William M. Hill, a member in Boston’s Mintz Levin’s Litigation Practice and co-chair of the Construction Law Practice, has been elected to the governing committee of the American Bar Association (ABA) forum on the construction industry.
Hill was elected to a three-year term on the 12-member governing committee. The forum is the largest organization of construction lawyers in the county and internationally, according to a statement.
Hill represents clients in trials, arbitrations and mediations on a variety of matters, including construction law, commercial and corporate litigation, and real estate law. He counsels individuals, small businesses, financial institutions, nonprofits and publicly-traded companies.
