The board of directors at commercial developing giant Boston Properties Inc. has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share of common stock for the period Oct. 1 to Dec. 31.
The dividend will be paid Jan. 29 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 31.
