Real estate investment and development company Eastat Realty Capital LLC has purchased 24,859 square feet of property on Boston’s Stuart Street for $7.5 million.
Eastat purchased the land and interests at 45 Stuart St., including the parking lot and air rights next to the historic Jacob Wirth Building. The site will continue to operate as a parking lot and is the last remaining large development site on Stuart Street in the Theater District. The historic Jacob Wirth Restaurant building will remain in operation, according to a statement.
Chris McMahon of GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners represented both the buyer, Eastat Realty Capital and the seller.
