Castle Island Brewing Co. has leased 19,500 square feet at 31 Astor Ave. in Norwood for its new headquarters and production facility.

NAI Hunneman’s Cathy Minnerly and Ovar Osvold represented landlord Carnegie Astor LLC. NAI Hunneman’s J.P. Plunkett procured the tenant.

“31 Astor Ave. is a great standalone building that will provide a headquarters location allowing Castle Island Brewing to promote its brand,” Plunkett said in a statement. “The building offers a unique blend of office/warehouse space serving the company’s current needs as well as its future growth.”

Founded in South Boston by Graham Walters and Adam Romanow, the brewery plans a production facility and retail store open to the public for tastings and events, according to its website. The lineup will include “American-style” flagship beers and seasonal releases.
