Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. will consolidate its operations from various locations into a newly renovated 410,000-square-foot headquarters at 185 Franklin St. in Boston’s Financial District, now rebranded as 50 Post Office Square by its owner.
The deal, which Banker & Tradesman first wrote about in October, allows the firm to relocate its employees, now scattered from 50 Milk St. to 40 Water St. and beyond, into developer Bentall Kennedy’s tower, which has been vacant since Verizon moved out in 2010.
