Janice Brown of Norwell has joined Citizens Bank as a mortgage loan officer.

She will work out of the bank’s Norwood office. Brown previously worked as a loan officer at Bank of America. With 16 years of experience in the mortgage business, she is also a licensed Massachusetts Realtor.

"Citizens Bank is committed to the mortgage business and, specifically, to growing our home financing operation in the Massachusetts market and throughout our retail banking geography," said Ellen Steinfeld, senior vice president in the bank’s home lending solutions division.
