Cambridge Bancorp and Wellesley Bancorp Inc., the holding company for Wellesley Bank, have announced their quarterly dividends.

Cambridge Bancorp has approved a quarterly dividend of 42 cents per share. The dividend is payable June 30 to shareholders of record as of June 10.

At Wellesley Bancorp, a quarterly cash dividend of 3 cents per common share will be paid on June 18 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 4.
