Cambridge Savings Bank has promoted several employees to various vice president roles at the bank.
Karen Kindle, of Wellesley, has been promoted to executive vice president, retail and business banking. She has been with Cambridge Savings Bank for more than 12 years and has worked in the banking industry for 20 years. Kindle is responsible for overseeing and providing strategic direction and leadership to retail and business banking, as well as the customer service center.
Michael St. Jean has been promoted to senior vice president, commercial lending. His new responsibilities include growing the C&I portfolio and maintaining credit quality of portfolio. St. Jean, of Hanover, has more than 30 years of banking experience.
Kenneth Dillon, of Cambridge, has been promoted to senior vice president, commercial real estate lending. With more than 40 years of banking experience, he has been with Cambridge Savings Bank for 10 years.
Michelle Kinberg, of Somerville, has been promoted to first vice president, operations manager for retail banking. Kinberg’s responsibilities include working with the bank’s support departments to implement process improvements and enhance the customer experience. She has been with Cambridge Savings Bank for 10 years and has 17 years of banking experience.
Scott Tower has been promoted to first vice president, commercial credit. The Boston resident has been with the bank for more than three years and has 19 years of banking experience.
Thomas Berton, of Walpole, has been promoted to first vice president, audit manager. He has 18 years of banking experience. Prior to joining Cambridge Savings Bank, Berton was employed at JP Morgan Chase & Co. as assistant vice president, financial manager.
Dana DiMartinis, of Easton, has been named as vice president, commercial real estate. Prior to joining Cambridge Savings Bank, he was a commercial real estate appraiser for Keystone Consulting Group for four years. He also brings more than 20 years of banking experience.
Diane Ryan, of Belmont, has been promoted to vice president, human resources manager. In this role, she will oversee the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. Ryan has been with the bank for 11 years. Prior to joining the bank, she spent five years working for Boston University’s Office of Personnel in a variety of benefits administration capacities.
Michael Kuhn, of Boston, has been promoted to vice president, commercial lending. He has been with Cambridge Savings Bank for four years and has 14 years of industry experience.
Kevin Teller has been promoted to assistant vice president, commercial real estate loan officer for the bank’s commercial real estate group. Teller, of Boston, has new responsibilities, including working with the senior vice president of commercial real estate lending as a commercial real estate loan officer. He will also be streamlining the bank’s participation process with other banks.
