The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank has opened a new automated teller machine (ATM) in the village of Barnstable at the rear of Cape Abilities Consignment & Thrift Shop at 3239 Main St., Route 6A.
The new ATM will allow easy access to cash for residents of the village and surrounding neighborhoods, local employees and visitors to the village. The new ATM will be enhanced before the end of the year to accept deposits as well, according to a statement.
"We are very excited to be able to bring this banking convenience to Barnstable Village. We are especially pleased to be able to work with Cape Abilities and recognize that the property owners were instrumental in making this happen," said Dorothy A. Savarese, president and CEO of Cape Cod Five.
