A four-member team from CBRE covering Boston’s western suburbs has left the firm for JLL.

JLL hired two members of CBRE’s MetroWest team, industry veterans Bob McGuire and Rob Walles, as managing directors and the other two, Sam Crossan and Alison Powers, as senior vice presidents. They will continue to work within the MetroWest market focused on brokerage services and landlord and tenant representation, merging with JLL’s existing team of Bill Bailey, Phil DeSimone and Andrew Sherman.

“We could not be more excited to have this exceptional team joining us,” JLL Managing Director and Suburban Brokerage Lead Matt Daniels said in a statement. “Together, they have a great history in this market and are known to achieve tremendous success for their clients. Not only do they help us further our shared business objectives, but they also demonstrate our core cultural values of teamwork, ethics, and excellence.”

McGuire and Walles come to JLL with over 20 years of experience respectively, while Powers and Crossan have 12 and eight years of experience, respectively. The team has worked on behalf of a broad range of notable tenants including Kala Pharmaceuticals, SimpliVity, Candela Corporation, Global Atlantic, Whole Foods and Epsilon Associates. In addition, the team has also represented some of the region’s largest office campuses throughout suburban Boston representing landlords such as Caruth Capital, Capital Group Properties, Atlantic Management Corporation, John Hancock, Colony Capital, Artemis Real Estate Partners, Intercontinental Real Estate and Ferris Development.

“JLL’s unique client-centric collaborative culture, market leading professionals and investments in proprietary technology will allow us to better service our clients, and we are thrilled to be part of the team,” McGuire said in a statement.
