Chea, Bancroft Join TD Bank Team

Beth Chea and Eric Bancroft have both been named vice presidents in SBA lending for TD Bank.

Chea will serve as a business development officer and cover Northeast Massachusetts, according to a statement. Based in Andover, she is responsible for expanding TD Bank’s SBA loan production by originating both 7(a) business loans and 504 real estate loans throughout the region.

Chea has 15 years of experience in banking and commercial lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, she served as a commercial lender at Hampshire First Bank in Portsmouth, N.H.

Eric Bancroft Bancroft, who will be based in Hyannis, is responsible for expanding TD Bank’s SBA loan production throughout southeastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod and Rhode Island. He has five years of experience in banking and commercial lending.

Prior to joining TD Bank, Bancroft served as a vice president at The Community Bank in Brockton. He is a member of the New England Business Brokers Association.
