Citizens Bank Adds To Mortgage Sales Team

Joseph S. Boynton, of Wrentham, has joined Boston-based Citizens Bank as a mortgage sales manager.

In this new role, Boynton will be responsible for growing Citizens Bank’s loan officer sales force in the Boston, South Shore and Metro West markets, according to a statement. He will work out of an office in Norwood.

"We are pleased to have Joe join our management team in Massachusetts," said Ellen Steinfeld, senior vice president in the bank’s home lending solutions division.

Boynton has been in the mortgage business since 1989. He came to Citizens Bank from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where he was assistant vice president and branch sales manager.
