Doughnuts, coffee and … checking accounts?
That’s what Citizens Bank and Dunkin’ Donuts are hoping customers will want as the two Bay State giants today announced the opening of the first ever branch inside a Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant.
The new full-service branch, located at 815 South Main St. in Bellingham, offers customers "a one-stop destination for all of their banking, coffee and bakery needs," the companies said in a press release.
"This is a natural and exciting partnership for Citizens," said Citizens Vice Chairman Martin Bischoff. "We are pleased to partner with Dunkin’ Donuts, one of America’s most well-known and admired brands."
John Dawson, chief development officer for Dunkin’ Donuts said, "With the addition of Citizens Bank, we are making it easier for our customers to take care of their banking needs seven days a week."
