CO-OP Financial Services announced this week that it recently appointed Todd Clark to succeed retiring president and CEO Stan Hollen late in June.
“We are confident Todd will build upon the strong growth and accomplishments of Stan over the past 11 years. Todd’s extensive experience will benefit and serve credit unions well for many years to come,” CO-OP board chair Jeff Napper said in a statement.
Clark, who will take up the job on June 27, will step down from his current position as senior vice president and head of STAR Network and Debit Processing for First Data Corp., where he had full profit and loss responsibility for the EFT Group and oversaw a team of 600. From 2012 to 2014, he worked for Cardtronics Inc. Prior to that, he held various positions with First Data from 1991 to 2012.
