Marge Gorman recently celebrated her 30th anniversary as an agent for Jack Conway & Co.Marge Gorman recently celebrated her 30th anniversary as an agent for Jack Conway & Co.

Beginning her career in 1979 in the Scituate Harbor office, Gorman now heads the sales team in Cohasset. Chairman Jack Conway said the profits from the Cohasset office "built the rest of my company" when praising Gorman’s work.

"We constructed our Cohasset building in 1958 on the site of the old Brown’s Farm apple stand. It was built by Jim Morrissey, designed by Alexander Boyle and recently renovated by our chief of construction, Eddie Brennan. The profits from the Cohasset office built the rest of my company. I’m confident that Marge will lead her team to even greater heights.

"Marge is one of the most consistently successful people in the history of our company," he said. "She is one of the best home evaluators and pricing specialists I have ever known, and she keeps in constant touch with present and past customers to the point where she lists and sells houses for generations of families."

Gorman had high praise for her boss as well.

"I like being in a family-oriented business, and I have never asked for a thing here that I haven’t received. Jack has been wonderful to me, and I am thrilled that his daughter, Carol Bulman, will run the company with the same commitment and integrity her father established," she said.

A Belmont native, Gorman attended Chandler Secretarial School, Boston College and Northeastern University, and worked as an administrative and research assistant in Cambridge before entering the real estate field, Conway said in a press release.
