A Cohasset office building has sold for $260,000.

The property at 807 Chief Justice Cushing Highway was an optometrist office for more than 20 years. Tony Vacca, of Conway Commercial, represented the seller, Samuel Collins, and procured the buyer, Joginder Sajjan. Sajjan plans to renovate the building and is reportedly undecided about the future use of the property.
