Ryan Michaud has been appointed sales manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England’s office in Boston’s South End.

Michaud, a lifelong Boston-area resident, will be responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of approximately 25 affiliated sales associates serving all the neighborhoods in Boston, with a focus on the South End, South Boston and Dorchester.

Michaud has held many positions within Coldwell over the past 15 years, previously working as a relocation supervisor, helping executive clients move to and from the New England area.

“Ryan’s experience has enabled him to learn many aspects of the real estate business, which will be of great benefit in his new position,” Pat Villani, president of Coldwell New England, said in a statement. “Ryan has a positive attitude, high energy level and solid understanding of the real estate industry, which will help him to further grow the South End office.”
