CommonWealth REIT Declares Quarterly Common, Preferred Dividends

Newton-based CommonWealth REIT has declared quarterly common as well as Series C and Series D preferred dividends.

A common dividend of 50-cents per common share will be paid for the quarter ended March 31 to holders of record as of the close of business on April 21, according to a statement. The dividend will be distributed on or about May 2.

A distribution of 45-cents per Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share will be paid on or about May 16 to holders of record at the close of business on May 1.

A distribution 40-cents per Series D Cumulative Convertible Preferred Share will be paid on or about May 16 to holders of record at the close of business on May 1.
