Belmont Savings Bank Foundation
Belmont Savings is holding a Local Rewards Bonus Day on June 6. It will provide customers with on-the-spot discounts and upgrades to spur economic activity at local retailers. The bank will match each dollar saved using its local rewards card at local outlets with a donation to the Belmont Food Pantry.
Berkshire Bank
Berkshire Bank will begin its annual company-wide Week of Service on June 8. During the week, over 350 bank employees will carry out more than 20 community service projects that benefit nonprofit organizations across Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut and Vermont.
Commerce Bank
Commerce Bank is a gold sponsor of the 2015 Albanian Festival on June 5, 6 and 7 at St. Mary’s Assumption Albanian Orthodox Church in Worcester. The bank donated $5,000 for the festival.

The Institution for Savings made a $1 million gift to the Essex County Greenbelt Association to establish a unique land conservation fund. The Institution for Savings Conservation Fund will be a designated revolving fund of risk capital to help complete critical land conservation projects within the bank’s service area.

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union had three of its sponsored students selected as award winners in the Massachusetts Credit Union League’s 2015 Student Essay Contest. The winner and finalists were honored at a special Awards Ceremony held at the Statehouse in Boston, where they were awarded a collective sum of $1,000.

radius financial group inc. entered a partnership with South Shore Habitat for Humanity. The partnership will include sponsorship of a new Habitat for Humanity build in Duxbury, beginning in July. Sarah Valentini, radius financial group inc. principal, was named South Shore Habitat for Humanity National Women Build Chairwoman, succeeding HGTV star and Weymouth native Taniya Nayak. radius financial group inc. employees will also take part in Habitat for Humanity events and deliver coffee as the official coffee break sponsor to local build sites.

SpencerBANK has launched a food drive; all proceeds will go to Jeremiah’s Inn of Worcester. SpencerBANK will donate $1 to Jeremiah’s Inn Food Pantry for each item donated in June at the bank’s 230 Park Ave. location.
