Cummings Properties

The foundation run by major Woburn-based commercial landlord Cummings Properties announced its latest round of grants, totaling $518,000, to “hundreds” of local nonprofits. The nonprofits were selected by Cummings employees, who were each allocated $1,000 to direct to a specific organization, meaning some nonprofits received more than $1,000 in total donations from Cummings.

MutualOne Bank

Framingham-based MutualOne Bank gave $5,000 to the Natick Housing Authority via the bank’s foundation. The grant will help the NHA expand WiFi access at its properties.

St. Anne’s Credit Union

Fall River-based St. Anne’s Credit Union donated $2,500 to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth to help pay pre-development costs for several projects in the nonprofit builder’s service area.

Turner Construction Co.

Employees from Turner Construction Co.’s Boston business unit bought and donated 164 pairs of boots for children aged 0-6 via the Horizons for Homeless Children nonprofit’s boot drive.
