Berkshire Bank
Boston-based Berkshire Bank has announced several actions it will take with its employees and customers in response to the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. As a first step, Berkshire Bank’s Foundation will make a $50,000 contribution to the Ukrainian Federation of America, one of the oldest Ukrainian organizations in the U.S. that are working to deliver humanitarian and medical aid.
North Shore Bank
Peabody-based North Shore Bank has made a $100,000 commitment to Peabody-based homelessness services organization Citizens Inn’s To Opportunity campaign. The campaign aims to bring services to help address the causes of homelessness and hunger.
