Amica Insurance has pledged $5,000 to benefit the United Way of Pioneer Valley, partnering with Six Flags New England to provide area children who are homeless with a new backpack filled with school supplies for the first day of school.

 

Belmont Savings Bank

Belmont Savings Bank will sponsor Belmont Town Day on May 21, featuring a number of bank-sponsored activities, including a car show, cash cube, face painting, pony rides, a dog show and more.

 

Country Bank

Country Bank recently presented Rachel’s Table with a donation of $2,800 as part of its Employee Charitable Giving Program.

 

MutualOne Bank

MutualOne Bank distributed a $1,287 grant to King Elementary School in Framingham.

 

Needham Bank

Needham Bank recently hosted a book reception with author John DiNatale at Stone’s Public House. The event was free to the public and attendees received a signed copy of the “The Family Business: Memoirs of a Boston Private Eye” book.

 

Partners Insurance Group

Partners Insurance Group LLC has announced it will offer a free Shred Day on May 14 at its Swansea location.

 

RTN

The RTN GoodWorks Foundation recently presented a $2,100 check to Action for Boston Community Development Inc.’s Winter Emergency Campaign and Fuel Assistance Program. The funds will help heat three households in Dorchester and Brookline.
