Construction Co. Picks Up Bourne Office Building

110 State Road, Bourne Conserv Construction, a general contractor, recently purchased a 7,500-square-foot multi-tenant office building at 110 State Road in Bourne for $325,000.

Conserv Construction plans to renovate the building and make it the company’s corporate headquarters along with having additional office space available for lease, according to a statement.

Michael Giancola, president of Sagamore Beach-based Southeast Commercial Real Estate Inc., represented both parties in the sales transaction.
