An unnamed local investor has purchased a 32,000-square-foot retail warehouse building at 674 – 676 Dartmouth St. in Dartmouth from Bank Five of Fall River for $1.15 million.

A portion of the property, which sits on six acres, was leased to a Rite Aid Pharmacy, according to a statement.

Michael Giancola, president of Sagamore Beach-based Southeast Commercial Real Estate Inc., represented both parties in the sales transaction.
