Costello Named To Cambridge Financial Group Board Of Directors

Cambridge Financial Group Inc. has appointed Michael Costello to the board of directors of its primary subsidiary, Cambridge Savings Bank. Costello has served as a trustee for the company since 2011.

"I am honored to join the Cambridge Savings board at this exciting time," Costello said in a statement. "Over the past two years, I have been impressed with Cambridge Savings’ outstanding people and exceptional customer relationships. Cambridge Savings is a local bank with big bank sophistication and a commitment to their communities. I look forward to contributing to the bank’s continued success and growth."

Costello will continue to serve as a trustee as well as a director of the bank. He previously held several leadership positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, including managing partner for the Northeast office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, prior to his retirement in 2010.
