A 100,000-square-foot office building in Danvers was recently purchased by Symes, a residential and commercial developer.
The building at 199 Rosewood Drive sold for $4.4 million, according to records obtained by The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman.
CB Richard Ellis – N.E. Partners is now the exclusive leasing agent for 199 Rosewood Drive located within Northwoods Business Park. The Symes family, which also handles construction and property management, has already retained Bridgewell as its newest tenant for more than 15,000 square feet.
The CB Richard Ellis – N.E. Partners, LP Suburban Brokerage team of Kerry Olson Hawkins and David Connolly will be responsible for the leasing efforts. According to Steven Feinstein, CFO at Symes Assoc., "CBRE/New England’s presence and expertise in the market makes them the perfect partner on this asset. We look forward to continued success with their team. We are committed to investing over $1 million in capital improvements in the property and are excited to reestablish 199 Rosewood Drive to the preeminent building on the North Shore." There are several opportunities to lease space at the building, ranging from 1,000 to more than 30,000 square feet, according to a statement.
