175-185 Wyman St., WalthamDassault Systèmes (DS), a 3D and product lifecycle management (PLM) software company, has hired North Reading-based Columbia Construction to provide preconstruction and construction management services for the build-out of its Americas corporate campus at 175-185 Wyman St. in Waltham.

The Wyman Street building is owned and operated by Waltham’s Hobbs Brook Management and Boston-based Elkus Manfredi Architects will design the interior office space, according to a statement. Jones Lang LaSalle will serve as project manager.

"As the construction manager for the core and shell of these two LEED Gold buildings, we are honored to be working with such a great team on this phase of the build-out at 175 Wyman," said Jim Marsh, SVP/COO of Columbia Construction and principal-in-charge. "We’re excited about the opportunity to help Dassault Systèmes carry out its vision to create an inspiring and dynamic work environment for their U.S. employees."

The build-out will consolidate Dassault Systèmes from a number of locations in the Greater Boston area, according to a statement. The finished project will serve as the company’s corporate U.S. headquarters.

Elements of the project include an 8,000-square-foot briefing center, data center, computer labs, training center and outdoor campus quad.
