Davis Advertising has purchased the 14,000-square-foot building at 1331 Grafton St. in Worcester for $1.35 million.
The advertising agency plans to renovate the Worcester building over the next six months and move its expanding agency there, according to a statement. Once the renovation is complete, the interior of the building will include a reception area, offices, photo studio, several conference rooms, multipurpose room, kitchen and large storage areas. The exterior of the property has more than 70 parking spaces.
"We have experienced tremendous growth as a company and this new facility will provide us with the large space we need to accommodate both our clients and our employees," said President Andy Davis. "It was also very important for us to remain in Worcester where we’ve been in business for more than 60 years. This space is really the perfect fit for us in many ways."
Davis Advertising was represented by Glickman Kovago and Co. in the sales transaction, according to a statement. Kelleher & Sadowsky Assoc. Inc. represented the seller, Kevin L. Wells.
Davis, currently located at 306 Main St. in Worcester, plans to move into the Grafton Street location by late fall.
