A little over a week after the next parcel south sold for just over $10 million, a second parcel in Charlestown’s Bunker Hill Industrial Park has sold, this time for $7.2 million on July 1, according to records on file at the Suffolk Registry of Deeds.

The 0.52-acre parcel at 6 Bunker Hill Industrial Park, which holds a 16,212-square-foot wholesale grocery distributor’s warehouse, is assessed at $2.5 million, according to Boston property records.

A 1.17-acre industrial property next door at 8 Bunker Hill Industrial Park sold for $10.05 million on June 21 to New York City-based real estate investment fund, DLJ Capital Partners.

It is unclear the buyer in the July 1 transaction is related to DLJ; it lists a residential address in Armonk, New York as its business address. City land records show an LLC its managers control also bought the large produce distribution center across the street in 2015.

The Boston Planning & Development Agency recently approved an expansion at Catamount Management Corp.’s Hood Park, which would include a hotel, 200 housing units and office and lab space capable of accommodating up to 3,500 jobs.
