Caitlin A. DeSoye has been named director of financial planning at Boston-based Baystate Financial Services.
In her new role, DeSoye will be responsible for helping clients achieve individual financial goals by developing custom-designed strategies for retirement, investment and debt management, according to a statement. Before joining Baystate Financial Services, DeSoye served as a senior advisory services consultant for MetLife, leading strategizing and planning efforts, and supporting departmental programs that enhanced the financial planning advisory platform.
