A medical device manufacturer has signed a 65,000-square-foot full building lease lease for warehouse space at 31 High St. in Billerica.

Zoll Medical Corp. markets software and medical devices used in emergency care. Set on an 18-acre parcel, the property is equipped with 12 loading docks.

The Stubblebine Co. represented Zoll Medical Group in the lease transaction, while CBRE’s David Corkery represented landlord SRS Realty Trust.
