CommonWealth REIT of Newton has announced its regular quarterly common and preferred dividends.

The dividends are as follows:

Common Dividends
A regular quarterly common dividend of 50-cents per common share will be paid with respect to the results of operations for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2010 to holders of record of common shares as of the close of business on Jan. 21 and will be distributed on or about Feb. 22.

Series C Preferred Dividends
A distribution of $0.4453 per Series C Cumulative redeemable preferred share will be paid on or about Feb. 15 to holders of record of Series C preferred shares at the close of business on Feb. 1.

Series D Preferred Dividends
A distribution of $0.4063 per Series D Cumulative convertible preferred share will be paid on or about Feb. 15, to holders of record of Series D preferred shares at the close of business on Feb. 1.
