A snack food manufacturer will open a new production facility at a Canton property occupied by a mix of life science and manufacturing tenants.

Dorchester-based 88 Acres sells protein bars and other seed-based products at more than 4,200 supermarkets in the U.S. including Whole Foods Market.

The 30,000-square-foot lease transaction brings the 94,000-square-foot 85 John Road property up to full occupancy. Other tenants include Organogenesis and Underwriters Laboratories.

Dacon Corp. will oversee the build-out of the new production facility, which is scheduled to open in March.

CBRE’s Doug Rodenstein, Chelsea Andre, Rachel Marks and Chris Mullen represented both the landlord, Camber Development, and tenant in the lease transaction.

Boston-based Camber Development has acquired over 2 million square feet of commercial properties in the past two years, and is partnering with Wheelock Street Capital on a 294,000-square-foot advanced manufacturing facility in Bedford.
