A restaurant group with four locations north of Boston will replace the former Strega’s as flagship restaurant operator at the TradeCenter 128 campus in Woburn.

Teresa’s Ristorante will open this spring in a 12,500-square-foot space at the Cummings Properties-owned business park, replacing Strega which closed at the end of 2022.

Founded by Nick Yebba Sr. and his son, chef Nick Yebba Jr., the company owns and operates Teresa’s Italian Eatery in Middleton, Teresa’s Prime Steakhouse and Teresa’s Grille Nineteen in North Reading and Teresa’s Ristorante in Woburn.

The TradeCenter 128 location will include dining and bar areas, three private function rooms and an outdoor patio, Cummings Properties announced.

The restaurant augments amenities including day care, dry cleaning and hair salons at the campus, which includes office space and a Middlesex County Superior Court.
