Boston’s First Trade Union Bank has added Marie C. Duprey and Jeffrey S. Thompson to its team as senior vice president/senior credit officer and vice president/compliance and internal audit, respectively.
Duprey will be responsible for overseeing the bank’s credit department, according to a statement. She has more than 24 years of experience in the financial services industry and comes to First Trade from Sovereign Bank, where she served as senior credit officer and team leader within the bank’s large corporate specialized lending department.
Thompson will be responsible for managing the bank’s compliance department and internal audit needs, as well as serving as liaison with external auditors, according to a statement. He comes to First Trade from Union Federal Savings Bank, a subsidiary of The First Marblehead Corp., where he served as senior associate/governance risk and compliance and as senior internal auditor.
