2 Oliver St., BostonElysium Digital, LLC, a technology litigation consulting firm, has signed a new 10-year, 20,784-square-foot office lease to relocate its corporate headquarters to Boston’s Financial District.

The company will relocate to the top floor of Two Oliver St. from 10 Canal Park in Cambridge in the fall.

The Colliers International brokerage team of Tad Lee and Lauren Vecchione represented Elysium Digital in the transaction. The landlord, an affiliate of Saracen Properties LLC and AEW Inc., was represented by Jim Brady, Ryan Hurd and David Martel of Cushman & Wakefield Inc.

Originally built in 1903 and renovated first in 1980 and again in 2011-2012, Two Oliver St. is a classic mid-rise building with 11 stories and large windows. The property is in the midst of a multi-million dollar renovation project, adding and updating a new entrance, lobby and elevator bank off Batterymarch Street, and other common area upgrades and improvements, according to a statement.
