The board of directors of Lowell’s Enterprise Bancorp Inc., parent of Enterprise Bank, has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share to be paid on March 1.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of Feb. 8. The quarterly dividend represents a 5.3 percent increase over the 2009 dividend rate, according to a statement.
