Neal Fontana has joined Elaine Construction Company, Inc. as chief estimator.

He will be responsible for managing a team of in-house estimators, in pursuit of project work in the corporate, institutional, pharmaceutical, health care and non-profit sectors.

He will be responsible for assignment of resources, planning, coordination, execution and oversight of all estimating efforts. Fontana is conversant in the use of BIM for clash detection, code issue identification and maintenance issues as they pertain to project schedules and budgets.

Fontana has 20 years experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Elaine Construction, he served as senior estimator at Barr & Barr, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern Universit, and is 30 Hour OSHA Certified.
