Landlord Maric Inc. has executed four leases totaling 17,875 square feet at New England Business Center in Andover.

The Needham-based commercial real estate owner and developer has inked three leases at 10 New England Business Center and one at 35 New England Business Center. Maric purchased the four-building, 237,000-square-foot office park on 42 acres near the Merrimack River in December.

At 10 New England Business Center, Visibility Corp., a software company, signed for 6,887 square feet; BirdDog Solutions, a shipping technology producer, took 5,412 square feet and Oxford Global Resources, an IT consultant, leased 3,433 square feet. An office deal was signed with technology firm Proactis for 2,143 square feet at 35 New England Business Center.

CBRE/New England’s Kerry Olson Hawkins represented the landlord in all transactions. Visibility Corp. was self-represented. Stephen Rich of UGL Equis represented BirdDog Solutions.
