The developer of more than 600 apartments in Quincy Center is marketing its newest units in a newly-expanded former Masonic Temple property.
The 201-unit Center & Stone development currently advertises studios starting at $2,215 per month. The first phase of the project, a 6-story addition behind the temple, opened last month.
In 2022, Quincy-based developer FoxRock Properties received $58.5 million in construction financing from Citizens Bank for the project which includes restoration of the 1920s-era Masonic Temple at 1170 Hancock St.
Shared amenities include a penthouse lounge and roof deck with Boston skyline views, outdoor courtyard, pool and co-working space.
FoxRock’s residential portfolio in Quincy also includes the 465-unit Ashlar Park apartment complex, built at the former Quincy Medical Center property.
In October, Foxrock announced plans to develop a 150,000-square-foot ambulatory center for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center at 55 General McConville Way in Quincy Center. Construction is projected to begin in 2025 following regulatory approvals.
