Boston-based developer Core Investments announced it had hired Rebecca Hale as its new “head of people operations.” Hale was previously the owner of leadership coaching firm Rebecca Hale & Co. It also hired consultant Clayton Webb as director of program management and promoted Jack Frieden to associate development manager, Alexandra Stockman to portfolio manager, and Evan Biette to real estate analyst.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that subsidiary C&W Services had hired Michael Gill as senior director of client services for New England. Gill was most recently director of operations at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.

Gienapp Architects has a new owner: Imelda Barnhurst, formerly a vice president at the firm. She bought the firm from founder Dale Gienapp, who will remain involved in the business.
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth announced it had hired Doug Ballum as its new construction director. Ballulm comes to the nonprofit from a project engineer position at Environmental Partners, but had served as a volunteer construction supervisor with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth since 2007.
